I have Mocha VNC Server installed on my PC and I type in my server name 192.155.1.100 into the box on my PPC but it says after a while: “The connection to the server has timed out. Try connecting to the Terminal server again.” I keep trying but it never works. I AM connected to my Wireless Network so that’s not the problem. I use a third-party VNC demo software and that works fine but you can only use it 10 times. Thanks
Mocha do not do a free piece of software for PPC.

why are you connecting to a terminal server? Mocha is a VNC server - did you use the VNC portable software that mocha supplies?

Essentially I want to make a Linux set-up where I can hook, say, a PDA system…and use it as a graphical remote terminal/remote-desktop to my PC/desktop from any location in my home (if not also any other location with wireless access available).

What's the best (small as possible) linux distrib, WAN driver package, and remote desktop software to do this with?
